Inspection before starting the dental handpiece lubricator
- Whether there is enough dental handpiece oil in the oil storage tank.
- Whether the sealing ring of the oil storage tank lid is in fixed position and tightened.
- Whether the air source is connected.
- Whether the power supply is connected.
- Check the air pressure range(2.2kg/cm2 -25kg/ cmp).
How to use the dental handpiece lubricating machine
Step 1: Turn on the gas, connect the electricity and turn on the power switch on the dental handpiece oil machine.
Step 2: Unscrew the cap of the oil bottle and fill it with turbine handpiece oil
(be careful not to exceed the red line).
Step 3: Open the cover and connect the dental high-speed turbine
and dental low-speed handpiece.The numbers 1, 2 and 3 are in the order of the three China dental handpieces. If you don’t need them to work at the same time, just press the corresponding handpiece’s number.
Step 4: Press “SET” button on the dental handpiece maintain lubricating machine. Adjust the working time of the oil dispenser, it can be increased or decreased. General 5 seconds for dental air turbine handpiece.
Step 5: Close the door cover and press the “START” button.Press “START” button to start the machine.
