Why The China Dental Handpiece No Water Supply?

Poor water supply is a common problem in the operation of dental turbine handpiece. This happened both on dental high speed handpiece and dental low speed handpiece, such as no water mist formation, uneven water supply, insufficient water supply or no water at all.Generally there are following reasons and please check them first.

The water spray nozzle is blocked.

1.Remove the back cover of the China dental handpiece and take out the cartridge.

2.Use the special needle which is equipped with the China dental handpiece in the package box, and insert the needle straight into the water jet.

3.Nozzle cleaning needle should be inserted to the upper section of the groove (needle through the air jet slot). Use a special brush to brush this part of the dust clean.

4.Blow clean from the side of the needle with a three-way syringe.

5.When install the cartridge into the dental handpiece from China, make sure that the O-ring seal is properly installed.

Check the area where the water is blocked.

1.Connection of the China dental handpiece

Connect the joints of the piping and test it. If the right amount of water does not come out, it indicates a problem at the interface (limescale, blocking the water supply system or a loose interface, resulting in insufficient pressure).

2.Piping of the China dental handpiece

Remove the dental turbine handpiece and check if the right amount of water is coming out of the piping. If there is no water flow, there may be a problem with the water pipeline or the integrated treatment table water system (poor contact or mis-operation, and insufficient water pressure from the water source).

3.Handle body of the China dental handpiece

After removing the shaft part from the turbine handpiece, install the interface for operation. If the right amount of water does not flow out, the problem is inside the turbine handpiece body (the water supply hole is clogged with dirt or the water supply system inside the turbine handpiece is clogged).

4.Spindle of the China dental handpiece

If the above three items of water supply flow normally, then it is the problem of the spindle (water supply nozzle is clogged).
