Failure Analysis and solution

• According to the failure phenomenon, the three ways syringe of the dental chair can produce water normally, but the dental high-speed handpiece can not produce water, which means the instrument tray of the dental chair has normal water supply, and the water path of the dental handpiece should be checked.
• Remove the cover of the dental chair instrument tray and all the blue piping inside is for water.

• Turn on and test, adjust HS1 and HS2 to the maximum. It is found that water is still flowing out, disassemble the water injection adjustment valve module. When test the machine finds that the entire water injection adjustment valve module has no water inlet.
• Check the control circuit of the dental high-speed handpiece. During the test, press the water injection switch to check the operating status of the HP control panel. CNH3-7, 8 output DC24V and the water indicator light is on, indicating that the control panel is operating normally.

• Check the working condition of the water valve. During the test, , press the blue arrow of the water valve to enter the manual drainage. It is found that the dental high-speed handpiece can be drained normally. This indicates that the water valve is damaged, replace it, and the fault is resolved.

The water valve of the dental treatment chair was damaged, resulting in no water supply, after replacement, the problem was solved.
