What to do when the water spray hole of the dental handpiece is blocked?
Solution to the blockage of water spray hole of the dental handpiece.
When the water spray hole of the dental handpieces cannot supply water evenly, the nozzle of the cartridge may be blocked. You can repair it as follows:
1. Remove the back cover and take out the cartridge of the dental handpiece.
2. Take out the nozzle cleaning needle behind the brush and insert the needle into the nozzle in a straight line.
3. The nozzle cleaning needle should be inserted into the upper groove (dental handpiece bur through the air-jet slot). A special brush is used to clean the dust in this part.
4. Blow clean with a three-way syringe from the bur side.
5. When installing the cartridge on the head of dental handpiece, make sure that the O-ring is properly fitted.
