Why doesn’t the handle come out of water?
Foot pedal problem
Make sure that the foot switch is correctly connected to the host. If you suspect that the foot pedal is faulty, you can re-plug the foot switch, connect the foot switch to another scaler or change another foot switch for troubleshooting.
The water volume switch is not turned on
Turn on the water volume switch to get water out.
The external water source is abnormal
Check whether the water supply pressure of the external water source is normal, turn on the external water source switch, and increase the pressure of the external water source (0.1MPa-0.5MPa); if a pressureless water source such as a hanging bottle is used, follow the instructions and ensure that the pressureless water source is at least higher than The patient’s head is 1 meter.
What are the waterway problems？
There may be air in the water pipe
You can adjust the water volume switch to the maximum, increase the water supply pressure, and use a three-purpose gun to pressurize and discharge the air.
The waterway is blocked
You can remove the ultrasonic scaler tip or ultrasonic scaler handle, adjust the water volume switch to the maximum in the working state, and then use a three-purpose gun to pressurize the waterway.
Solenoid valve spool sticking
Step on the foot switch, and the sound of the solenoid valve in the main unit cannot be heard. Open the main unit shell and clean the solenoid valve.
Bend the water pipe inside the main unit
Open the main unit casing to observe the water pipe and manage the water smoothly.
Why the handle is so hot?
Working water is too small
Adjust the water supply knob to increase the water output.
The tip is damaged or not fit
Observe whether the tip of is severely worn, or if a mismatched tip is used, replace the tip.
Plug-in handle leaks
If the silicone ring at the connector is damaged, missing, or out of specification, reinstall the silicone ring that was delivered randomly.
What happened to dripping after power-off?
There are impurities inside the solenoid valve
Open the mainframe shell and clean the solenoid valve.

Do not use tap water as a source of cleansing water for the ultrasonic scaler, as impurities in the water can easily block the solenoid valve.
